The casement windows are the star product for Anhui New Breathing. The fit and finish is top notch and matched with the german hardware they operate fantastic. There are a few take aways which is why i gave 4 out of 5. 1 was packaging. the windows were packed well, but the hardware was not. they threw all the handle sets unwrapped together in 1 small box. i dont think a single handle set arrived undamaged. They also would not communicate with me to provide pricing on replacement handle sets even at my own cost. There was also noticable damage that surely occurred in the factory. two or three of the windows had a badly damaged corner as if they were dropped which bent the frame in. I also found that casements with more than 1 opening panel do not open with full travel. it looks like this can be adjusted but minor thing. overall very good windows and great value for the price but as with the other products i received details are the killer here.

It pains me to provide a lower score for this company as their products overall are solid but some of the pieces overlooked were frankly unacceptable. you will find with Anhui the quality of their glass products is top notch and the hardware is well within spec, however these doors are not remotely air tight, its almost as if there shouldve been some rubber gasket or grommets which just were not included with the doors. The fitment is decent, but not great, the doors rub. and some of the hardware came broken in the box.(latch striker plates looked as if they were run over with a forklift. There were streaks of window sealant across the finished metal surface as if the worker cleaned the nozzle of his gun on my doors. Theres also rubbing on one of the doors. lastly the doors do not have the correct opening orientation. they both open right to left when it should have been 1 of each direction. overall good product for the price but the details are lacking
